The Platform is owned and operated by Eleganceful. References to “JobsVacant”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Eleganceful.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms are published under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended.
You represent that you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are at least 18 years old. Minors may only use the Platform through a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and accuracy of information.
JobsVacant is an online intermediary only and is not an employer, recruitment agency or consultant.
No interview or job assurance is provided. Users must independently verify employers and opportunities.
You shall not upload or share unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harmful or fraudulent content.
Scraping, hacking, phishing, impersonation, spamming and unauthorised data collection are strictly prohibited.
Employers must ensure all job postings are genuine and lawful. Job seekers must provide truthful credentials.
You consent to receive emails, SMS, calls and in-app notifications related to your use of the Platform.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant JobsVacant a licence to use it for Platform operations.
The Platform software, design and trademarks belong to JobsVacant or its licensors.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Your data may be stored in India or other jurisdictions using secure servers.
Certain services are chargeable. Prices are displayed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
JobsVacant does not charge job seekers for applying or interviewing. Report suspicious activity immediately.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
JobsVacant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify JobsVacant against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
We comply with applicable Indian laws and may remove unlawful content upon notice.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Malda, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to arbitration.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JobsVacant.
Your credit information may be processed for self-access and partner offers, subject to consent.
Career services are provided on a best-effort basis without interview or selection guarantees.
Fraudulent activity may lead to account termination and legal action.
Notices may be sent via email, SMS or Platform announcements.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
